Dearest Mum,
It's been 6 years ago today since you left us and the pain is still with me. I always think about you and recall the precious memories we had, and, I know that Monica too still finds it difficult without you, but she remains strong and helps Dad every day.
Dad is managing of sorts but is lost without you by his side.
We all miss Melanie so much as well and I hope that you are together and looking down on us.
I've lit a candle tonight in memory of you and Melanie at this time, and it will last until the end of December.
